COBALT advised venture capital fund Curiosity on investment in Al start-up Alpha AR

COBALT advised venture capital fund Curiosity on investment of substantial amount in Al start-up Alpha AR. It was Curiosity Early Stage Fund´s first investment in the Nordic-Baltic region.

Thanks to Alpha AR´s novel technology, top brands and companies around the world can now create digital twins for their physical retail locations.

Curiosity is an Amsterdam-based venture capital firm founded in 2021 that focuses on early-stage investments in Al-driven software companies in the Benelux, Nordics, and Baltics.
Alpha AR is an Estonian-based startup founded in 2018, which offers technology that enables users to turn any 2D image into a 3D model automatically, without requiring any special skills or experience in 3D modeling.

Our assistance included reviewing the transaction documents and providing general legal advice to the client regarding Estonian law aspects. COBALT team included Partner Kristel Raidla-Talur and Senior Associate Marten Amjärv.
