COBALT advised Union RE Core Fund I, an investment fund for closed-ended informed investors managed by Union Asset Management, in acquiring of the 17,700 sqm multifunctional complex in V. Krėvės ave. 129, Kaunas. The complex in Kaunas V. Krėvės ave. 129 consists of production, storage and administrative premises.
