COBALT advised UAB Vilbra on leasing 9,000 sq. m premises in the business center Uptown Park in Vilnius for UAB Vinted, who have just moved their office to the newly built business center. The installation of the rented premises reflects the tenant’s business philosophy as natural, long-lasting, sustainable materials have been used, which can be renewed and used more than once. The 4-storey new Vinted office features a courtyard, gym, Vinted restaurant, recreation, leisure, children’s and other spaces, more than 120 meeting and individual work rooms.

UAB Vilbra is a real estate development and management company that has been operating since 1996 and has developed a number of office and residential facilities in the Naujamiestis district of Vilnius. The latest business center Uptown Park developed by UAB Vilbra is a bright accent forming the modern face of Vilnius Naujamiestis.

UAB Vinted is a rapidly expanding company operating an online used clothing exchange and trade platform, the market value of which was the first one among start-ups established in Lithuania that exceeded 1 billion euros last year.

COBALT represented the client UAB Vilbra in the preparation and coordination of the lease agreement, represented the client’s interests in negotiations and advised the client on all other issues related to the transaction.
