COBALT advised UAB Sonex Consulting on sale of business center in Vilnius to EfTEN Capital

COBALT advised UAB Sonex Consulting on sale of 6,948 sq. m. business center in Vilnius to Eften Real Estate Fund III managed by EfTEN Capital.

The business center, built in 2014, houses IT company ATEA, as the main tenant, having a long-term lease, also 2 other tenants.

ATEA is part of ATEA Group and is the leading provider of IT infrastructure solutions in Nordic and Baltic region.

EfTEN Capital is the largest real estate fund manager in the Baltics. The company employs more than 50 people and has offices in all three Baltic countries.

COBALT represented the Client in the preparation and coordination of the sale and lease agreements, represented the Client’s interests in negotiations and advised the Client on all other issues related to the transaction. The COBALT team consisted of Partner and Head of the Real Estate and Infrastructure Practice Group Simona Oliškevičiūtė-Cicėnienė, Managing Associate Aušrys Šliavas and Associate Liucija Bitinaitė.
