COBALT advised UAB Kelprojektas on the acquisition of controlling interest in UAB Kelvista

The law offices COBALT advised UAB Kelprojektas, a company belonging to the largest group of transport infrastructure engineering companies in the Baltics on the acquisition of 100% shares in UAB Kelvista. UAB Kelprojektas is controlled by private equity and venture capital fund manager BaltCap.

UAB Kelvista is an engineering and consultancy company, whose principal business is the management of projects related to the construction, reconstruction, repair of roads, streets, railways, construction of transport engineering structures and buildings, technical supervision, consultation, work supervision and project administration in accordance with the FIDIC standards and EU requirements.
