COBALT advised UAB Gaudrė on the sale of 100% of the shares to the global concern Würth Group

COBALT advised the shareholders of UAB Gaudrė on the sale of 100% of the shares to the international giant Würth Group, through its Lithuanian subsidiary UAB Elektrobalt. The value of the transaction is not disclosed.

UAB Elektrobalt is a subsidiary of Würth Group. The main business areas of Würth Group include trading of a wide range of fastening and mounting materials. Currently, the group is comprised of more than 400 companies with 73,000 employees, operating in more than 80 countries. In Lithuania, Würth Group companies are engaged in wholesale and retail trade of electrical installation components, fastening materials, chemical products, tools, and circuit boards.

UAB Gaudrė is a Lithuanian company specialising in indoor and outdoor lighting solutions. UAB Gaudrė offers a wide range of light fittings and also professional lighting consultations to its clients. In addition, UAB Gaudrė designs and creates light fittings that can be used separately or as part of a lighting solution.

COBALT team represented the shareholders of UAB Gaudrė in negotiations on the share purchase and sale and other documentation and advised them on all other transaction-related matters.
