COBALT advised UAB Fragrances International on the transfer of SIA Douglas Baltic shares

COBALT advised UAB Fragrances International, one of the leading international distributor of selective cosmetic and fragrance brands in the Baltics, on the 49 per cent share sale of Latvian company SIA Douglas Baltic.

Douglas Baltics, a subsidiary of international German company’s Douglas Holding network, controls Douglas, Sarma and Kolonna cosmetic and fragrance stores operating in Lithuania and Latvia.

COBALT work included drafting of transaction documents, consulting, and legal advice on various aspects related to the transaction. The project was led by Managing Partner Dr Irmantas Norkus and Associate Marius Rindinas.
