COBALT advised UAB Betonika on the sale of the assets of the company’s former production base

COBALT advised UAB Betonika on the sale of the assets of the company’s former production base in Kaunas to the buyer UAB Peikko Lietuva. The factory opened in 1966 and closed its doors earlier this year. The company, which provides solutions for prefabricated reinforced concrete structures for buildings, has moved all its activities to the production base in Old Trakai. UAB Peikko Lietuva states that the acquisition will allow the company to carry out the planned development, which the company will announce next year.

COBALT advised the client in structuring the transaction, prepared the transaction documents and represented the client in negotiations with the buyer.
