COBALT advised the shareholder of Engagecraft on the sale of 100% shares of the company to Fan19. The deal value is not disclosed.

Engagecraft is a leading digital company delivering solutions that range from innovative online games and social platforms to the responsive web development and mobile apps. The main clients are global sports rights owners, sports federations, media companies and sponsors.

Fan19 is an investor, acquirer and venture builder of best of breed digital fan engagement products and technologies.
