COBALT advised the sale of national processor of card transactions

The team of experts of COBALT led by Partner Peeter Kutman and senior associate Kristel Raidla advised Swedbank, SEB Bank and Sampo Pank, Estonian affiliate of Danske Bank on sale of national card transactions processor Pankade Kaardikeskus (PKK). PKK was acquired by leading Scandinavian processor of card transactions Northern European Transaction Services (NETS). The office was assigned to carry out legal due diligence, draft the sale purchase agreement and assist the client on complex negotiations.
