YOOK Production raises EUR 13 million to establish the first oat drink factory in the Baltics

YOOK Production AS raised 13 million euros from investors to establish the first oat drink factory in the Baltic States. The factory was built in Türi, where the production started.

According to Katre Kõvask, the CEO of YOOK Production, the first step is to start selling the oat drink in Estonia, and then move step by step to the Latvian and Lithuanian markets. According to Kõvask, the ultimate plan is to find bigger export markets around the world. Three flavours are currently in production, but according to the company’s chief technologist Aram Kazarjan, two new flavoured drinks are being produced soon.
