COBALT advised the British School of Vilnius on the establishment of a new campus

COBALT advised the British School of Vilnius on the establishment of its new campus in Vilnius City Innovation Industrial Park (VCIIP).

The agreement signed between the operator of Vilnius City Innovation Industrial Park, Northtown Vilnius, and The British School of Vilnius means that the school campus will be constructed on a 12,000 m² land plot surrounded by forest.

The British School of Vilnius plans to invest almost 6 million euro into the new school campus and develop a complex of around 3,000 m2 meeting the highest educational standards. It is expected that the new campus of the British School of Vilnius in Vilnius City Innovation Industrial Park will be completed by the end of 2023.

Vilnius City Innovation Industrial Park is the first and only industrial park in the capital of Lithuania, dedicated exclusively to the development of innovative business. 15 companies developing activities in the fields of smart specialisation, with the strongest focus on life sciences, have been established or have started the establishment process in Vilnius City Innovation Industrial Park. Life sciences companies such as Biotecha, Experimentica, Immunodiagnostika, Sanobiotec, Gensinta, The Stem Cell Research Center have already started to develop in the VCIIP.
