COBALT advised Swedbank’s subsidiary FR&R Nemo B.V. on sale of stake in Arealis

COBALT team, led by partner Marina Tolmatshova, advised Swedbank’s subsidiary FR&R Nemo B.V. upon sale of 50% minus one share in the leading Estonian real estate developer Arealis AS to its majority shareholder Nordic Contractors AS. The transaction was followed by transfer of the same shareholding from Nordic Contractors AS to Elle Capital OÜ. With this transaction, FR&R Nemo B.V. disposed of the shareholding that it acquired in 2011 in the course of financial restructuring of Arealis group which was also advised by COBALT team.
