COBALT advised Swedbank regarding the public offering of shares of AS Tallink Grupp

COBALT advised Swedbank regarding the public offering of shares of AS Tallink Grupp in Estonia and Finland (in the form of Finnish share depositary receipts). Swedbank acted as the lead arranger of the public offering.

Tallink Grupp is a leading high-quality mini-cruise and passenger transport provider in the northern Baltic Sea region, as well as the leading provider of ro-ro cargo services on selected routes.

Swedbank is the biggest bank in Estonia, offering financial services to more than 850 000 private and 130 000 business clients. In the course of the Offering, the Company offered altogether 73 687 024 new shares to existing shareholders, who had pre-emptive rights, and to new investors.
