COBALT advised Danish Sjølund Group on the acquisition of Estonian metal works company Cutform OÜ.

Sjølund Group is a global company specialised in section bending of steel and aluminium profiles. This specialisation, know-how, and highly qualified employees have made Sjølund the leading bending and rolling specialist in Europe. Cutform OÜ employs 100 people and is a specialist in machining and fabrication of high-quality steel and aluminium components.
