COBALT advised SCHWENK on acquiring a majority stake in Betoonimeister

COBALT advised SCHWENK Eesti OÜ on acquiring a majority stake in Betoonimeister.

The German building materials group will get 66% stake in Betoonimeister. According to Betoonimeister, the addition of a new shareholder will bring additional expertise to the company.

SCHWENK is a German concern founded in 1847. Since 2019, the company has been operating in the Nordic and Baltic markets, offering solutions for cement, concrete, and aggregates. Betoonimeister is a company specialized in the production and sale of concrete.

COBALT advised the client throughout the entire transaction, including advising the client on drafting and negotiating the transaction documentation.
