COBALT advised Prosperus on acquisition and lease-back of the new Biok Laboratory plant near Vilnius

COBALT advised the company related to Prosperus Asset Management on acquisition and lease-back of the newly built plant of Biok Laboratory, one of the largest cosmetics companies in Lithuania, in Vilnius district.

Biok Laboratory, which operates under the Biok Lab brand, moved to new premises in November. The production and warehouse facilities are located on the ground floor and the administration and laboratories – on the second floor.The producer will continue to lease the property.

COBALT represented the client in negotiations and advised the client on all other issues related to the transaction.
