COBALT advised AS PRFoods on the issue of subordinated convertible notes and placement of secured notes.

PRFoods is a leading fish and fish products manufacturer and wholesaler, which is listed on the Tallinn Stock Exchange and operates successfully in Estonia, the Nordics, and Scotland.

In course of the private placement, investors subscribed for 237 Convertible Notes, with the aggregate nominal value of € 2 370 000.
