COBALT advised PREF III on acquiring the shopping center PC Mandarinas

COBALT advised PREF III on acquiring the shopping center PC Mandarinas from Lords LB Baltic Fund III, which owns 8,000 sq. m. of leased retail space in Vilnius. This is the seventh investment of our client in less than two years. PC Mandarinas will help to achieve even greater diversification, both geographically and in terms of tenant diversity.
