COBALT advised Passion Capital’s investment into warren.io

Passion Capital has made a $1.4 million seed-round investment into warren.io. Passion Capital is an early-stage investment fund based in London. Warren.io is an Estonian start-up engaged in developing a true private cloud platform that helps companies manage their infrastructure across different IaaS providers, private clouds and individual server nodes.

COBALT advised Passion Capital with drafting investment documents for the investment round. The client was advised by partner Kristel Raidla-Talur and senior associate Sven Böttcher.
