COBALT advised parties in connection with a major syndicated financing in Estonia

COBALT acted as special legal counsel to DNB Bank ASA and Star Acquisitionco AS in relation to a major syndicated Term Loan Facilities Agreement and Working Capital Facilities Agreement. Star Acquisitionco AS is a holding company of Promens group which is a leading global plastics manufacturer operating 45 manufacturing facilities in Europe, North America, Asia and Africa.

COBALT advised the parties on Estonian law governed transaction and security documents, as well as serving as transaction counsel on all relevant aspects of Estonian contract, property and commercial law. The transactions were led by partner, Marina Tolmatshova.
