COBALT advised OÜ Mirrow Institute on the acquisition of a majority stake in DAS Group OÜ, which manages MySushi restaurants in Estonia.

OÜ Mirrow Institute is a holding company owned by the Estonian entrepreneur Ivar Vendelin. DAS Group OÜ operates over 20 MySushi restaurants.

COBALT advised the client throughout the entire transaction, including drafting of the merger filing documentation and acquiring a merger clearance from the Estonia Competition Authority.  Our project team consisted of Partner Aivar Taro, Partner Elo Tamm, Specialist Counsel Jesse Kivisaari and Junior Associate Getter Villmann.
