COBALT advised on sale of 50% of logistics company Nordassets

COBALT advised Logassets on sale of 50% of logistics property company Nordassets to real estate company Kapitel. Nordassets owns logistics centres in Rae Rural Municipality.

The total leasable area of the logistics centres is approximately 59,000 sq m with Smarten Logistics being the anchor tenant. As a result of the transaction, Logassets formed a strategic partnership with Kapitel to develop a premium class logistics and industrial property portfolio in the Baltics.

COBALT advised the seller Logassets OÜ throughout the entire transaction. The team consisted of partner Aivar Taro, associate Helen Sool and assistant lawyer Mari Teder. Senior associate Tõnu Kolts advised on tax aspects and partner Elo Tamm advised on competition law aspects.
