COBALT advised Nordtreat on raising a 4 million euro investment

COBALT advised NordTreat on raising 4 million euros, which will help the company accelerate its international growth, expand its product portfolio and develop its production at the company´s Vantaa plant. The investment round was led by Taaleri.

Founded in 2015, NordTreat is a company that manufactures environmentally friendly and non-toxic fire retardants for wood products. Taaleri is a Nordic investment and asset manager with an emphasis on renewable energy and other investments that have a lasting positive impact on the environment and society.

COBALT advised the client on all matters related to Estonian law. The team included Specialist Counsel Jesse Kivisaari and Greete-Kristiine Kuru, Senior Associates Tõnu Kolts and Heili Haabu, and Associate Johanna Lumiste.
