COBALT advised Nordic Secondary Fund II on its investment in Eurora Solutions

COBALT advised Nordic Secondary Fund II on investing in Estonian start-up Eurora Solutions, which offers an Al-based platform that automates global trading and compliance processes.

Nordic Secondary Fund is the first and only fund in the Nordics to exclusively invest in secondaries. Eurora Solutions has developed an industry´s leading platform that modernizes e-commerce processes by automizing VAT and customs administration and declaration submissions in EU member states.
