COBALT advised NiftyCraft on raising investment

COBALT advised start-up NiftyCraft on raising investment. NiftyCraft, founded in 2021, is an Estonian tech company developing a crafting engine to allow game developers to accelerate their development time, improve product quality and increase user experience, especially for building on Distributed Ledger Technologies.

COBALT advised NiftyCraft OÜ and its founder regarding the preparation and negotiation of investment documents and other issues related to the transaction throughout the transaction process.

The COBALT project team consisted of Managing Associate Ott Aava and Junior Associate Elis Toim.
