COBALT advised NCH Baltics in a set-up of alternative investment fund and registration with the Financial and Capital Market Commission.

NCH Baltics is a fund manager administering a value-add real estate opportunity fund, NCH Baltic Real Estate Opportunity Fund I. The Fund’s investment targets are mainly logistics properties located in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
