COBALT advised Luminor in its 500 million euro Covered Bond emission and updating the Covered Bond Programme

COBALT advised Luminor Bank on updating its Euro Medium Term Note and Covered Bond Programme and €500 million Covered Bond issuance. As a result of the programme renewal, its volume has been increased to 5 billion euros after the transaction.

Luminor Bank is the third-largest financial services provider in Baltics with 2288 employees and 870 000 clients.

Our work involved assisting Luminor in revising and updating the Euro Medium Term Note and Covered Bond Programme and advising the client on the €500 million Covered Bond issuance. The COBALT team consisted of Partner Marina Kotkas and Associates Maarja Tambet and Christine Mägi.
