COBALT advised Luminor Bank in revising and updating its € 3 000 000 000 Euro Medium Term Note and Covered Bond Programme documentation.
Under the said programme Luminor has already previously issued € 350 and € 300 million senior unsecured inaugural bonds and € 500 million covered bonds with record low – negative – interest, with marked the first-ever issue of covered bonds in the Baltic region. The bonds are listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.
