COBALT advised Livonia Partners on acquiring a stake in Bestair and Zave Group

COBALT advised Livonia Partners on investment in Estonian-based Bestair and Zave Group. After the investment, Livonia Partners owns 33% of the companies.

Livonia Partners is a privately held investment fund, that invests in successful and strong growth potential small to medium-sized companies in the Baltic region. Bestair Group and Zave Group are companies that are offering environmentally-friendly home climate solutions.

COBALT represented the client´s interests in negotiations, conducted legal due diligence, and advised the client on all other issues related to the transaction.
