COBALT advised Finnish company Live Nation Finland Oy on acquiring 49% of OÜ Live Nation Baltics. They previously owned 51% of the company. Live Nation Finland and Live Nation Baltics are part of the world’s leading live entertainment and eCommerce company Live Nation Entertainment
