COBALT advised Linstow Baltic on lease of Origo One business centre office spaces

COBALT advised Linstow Baltic on lease of new Class A business centre Origo One office spaces.

Origo One was opened in 2020 offering a total of 11,500 m² of Class A office space. This spring the new business centre obtained the world’s leading building sustainability assessment method’s BREEAM certification, gaining the highest final rating among all business centres in Latvia.

COBALT Real Estate team including Managing Partner Dace Silava-Tomsone and Associate Juta Meimere assisted Linstow Baltic entering lease agreements with Origo One tenants, including Rail Baltica joint venture RB Rail, Enlabs  Group,  the  digital  content  studio  TheSoul  Publishing and others.

International real estate services company Colliers assisted Linstow Baltic in the attraction of tenants to the business centre.

With addition of RB Rail, Origo One office spaces are fully leased out.
