COBALT advised Lightrock on investment in start-up Katana Manufacturing ERP

COBALT advised Lightrock on its investment into Estonian software startup Katana. Lightrock participated in the company’s $35 million Series B investment round.

Lightrock is a global private equity platform that invests in companies that pursue scalable and tech-driven business models around the key impact themes of people, planet, and productivity. Katana is an industry-leading manufacturing ERP software provider serving 1300 clients across 80 countries.
