COBALT advised KMG Inseneriehitus and its shareholders in the acquisition of a 100% stake at YIT Teed

COBALT advised KMG Inseneriehituse AS and its shareholders on the acquisition of 100% of shares of OÜ YIT Teed from YIT Eesti AS.

The transaction comprises the operations of YIT’s paving, mineral aggregates, blasting, road marking, and traffic sign production businesses in Estonia. The personnel of approximately 170 persons will be transferred to KMG as part of the transaction. In 2020, the revenue of the sold business was EUR 35 million.

Our work involved providing full legal support to our client throughout the transaction. The project team consisted of Specialist Counsel Jesse Kivisaari, Partner Elo Tamm, and Assistant Lawyer Getter Villmann.
