COBALT advised KASSIR.RU Baltics OÜ in acquisition of the biggest ticket sales network in the Baltics

COBALT acted as legal counsel for KASSIR.RU Baltics OÜ in acquisition of sole shareholding in AS Baltic Ticket Holdings, the owner of Baltic ticket operators AS Piletilevi (in Estonia), Bilesu Serviss SIA (in Latvia) and UAB Bilietų Pasaulis (in Lithuania). Piletilevi, Bilesu Serviss and Bilietų Pasaulis operate the biggest Baltic network for mediating tickets of cultural, entertainment and sports events.

KASSIR.RU Baltics is a related company of St. Petersburg-based Russian ticket operator Kassir.Ru, belonging to PMI Group – the partner of World’s leading entertainment company Live Nation in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. This transaction is part of Kassir.Ru’s strategy of expanding its activities to new markets.
