COBALT advised Karma Ventures on investment in startup Jobbatical

COBALT advised venture capital fund Karma Ventures on investment in employee relocation management startup Jobbatical. The 11.6 million euro funding round was led by venture capital fund Inventure and included Karma Ventures, Metaplanet, Devotion Ventures, Swiss Post Ventures, Union Square Ventures, and some well-known Estonian angel investors.

Jobbatical was founded by Estonian entrepreneurs and siblings Karoli and Ronald Hindriks, and Ankur Agarwal, and offers streamlined employee relocation and immigration processes.

Karma Ventures is a venture capital fund specializing in late seed and A-round investments in Europe’s most promising technology startups.

COBALT’s transaction team was led by Specialist Counsel Greete-Kristiine Kuru and included Partner Kristel Raidla-Talur and Associate Johanna Lumiste.
