COBALT advised joint lead managers on issue of EUR 1 billion Eurobond by the Republic of Latvia

COBALT advised Barclays, J.P. Morgan and Societe Generale on issue of 3-year Eurobond by the Republic of Latvia in an amount of EUR 1 billion.

This is the second consecutive issuance of Eurobond by the Republic of Latvia, complementing the public finances for the overcome of the COVID-19 crisis.
