COBALT advised joint lead managers on issue of a 5-year Eurobond in international capital markets by the Republic of Latvia

COBALT advised Deutsche Bank AG, Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG, Erste Group AG and Nomura Financial Products Europe Gmbh as joint lead managers on issue of 5-year EUR 750 million Eurobond by the Republic of Latvia.

According to the Treasury of the Republic of Latvia, Eurobond issuance benefitted from one of the largest order book since 2015 reaching EUR 3,7 billion. There was interest from more than 140 investors. Bonds were allocated mainly to investors from European countries, for example, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Nordic countries, France, Benelux and other.
