COBALT Law Firm advised the international technology and industrial business group Indutrade on the acquisition of Labema Oy, which has subsidiaries in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Labema Oy and its subsidiaries import, promote, and deliver laboratory products, diagnostic equipment and supplies for microbiology, molecular biology, and clinical chemistry laboratories.

COBALT advised the client on all issues related to Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian law.
