COBALT advised Hambalaser on the sale of dental clinics to Unimed Clinics

COBALT advised the owners of KW and Al Mare dental care clinics Hambalaser, on the sale of the clinics to Unimed Clinics.

KW and Al Mare clinics were founded in 2005, and offer dental care services with a team of 25 qualified dental specialists.

Unimed Clinics are Estonia´s leading group of dental clinics and laboratories, offering a wide variety of services related to oral health. The group includes seven dental clinics and three laboratories in Tallinn, Tartu, and Pärnu. The Unimed Clinics group of companies employs a total of 406 top specialists in the field.
