COBALT advised Good Deed Education Fund on investment in startup Praktikal

COBALT advised long-term co-operation partner Good Deed Education Fund (Heateo Haridusfond) on investment in Estonian startup Praktikal. The investors of Praktikal comprise of Eesti Energia, ABB, LHV, Metrosert, Nordecon, Fermi Energia, Good Deed Foundation, and several angel investors.

Good Deed Education Fund is a philanthropy fund managed by the Good Deed Foundation, founded by the new generation of Estonian entrepreneurs, who have contributed € 3 million to the fund so far. The fund is looking to support initiatives that solve acute problems in the education sector. COBALT has been a long-term co-operation partner to Good Deed Foundation, contributing both financially and with pro-bono legal advice.

Praktikal is an Estonian start-up in the field of education, which makes teaching in schools simple, practical, and exciting with the help of a complete solution based on teaching aids, software, and methods.
