COBALT advised FN-SERVISS on cross-border reorganisation

COBALT advised a provider of fire safety and occupational health services FN-SERVISS in a cross-border merger of its group of companies.

As part of the assignment, COBALT’s corporate team handled the acquisition of FN-SERVISS’ Estonian subsidiary by its Latvian parent company.

COBALT legal team included partner Gatis Flinters and Senior Associate Marija Berdova from Latvian office, as well as Senior Associate Heili Haabu from the Estonian office.
