COBALT advised European Lingerie Group on raising a 27-million euro loan and investment

The law firm COBALT advised the European Lingerie Group and its shareholders on raising a loan and capital investment from Rietumu Bank and at the same time repurchasing existing bonds and loan liabilities.

The total value of the loan and capital investment is € 27 000 000, which, among other things, is used to refinance bonds with a nominal value of € 40 000 000 and certain loan liabilities of the group.

Our work included advising the client in the role of a lead counsel throughout the process.
