COBALT advised Enery Estonia OÜ on obtaining funding for the construction of a new solar park

COBALT law firm advised Enery group in connection with obtaining funding from Swedbank for the construction of a new solar park. Enery is an Austrian renewable energy company founded in 2019 that operates in Central and Eastern Europe, contributing to the construction of large solar parks in the energy revolution.

We assisted the client in the negotiation of the financing terms, with the preparation, negotiation and conclusion of all the financing and security documents, as well as in the process of establishing transaction securities and the fulfilment of financing preconditions.
