COBALT advised Ekspress Grupp on investment into Zlick LTD

COBALT advised AS Ekspress Grupp, a leading media group in the Baltic countries that is listed also on Tallinn Stock Exchange, on investing 750,000 euros into Zlick LTD.

Zlick LTD, an Estonian-born start-up company, is a provider of easy frictionless payment solutions mainly for publishers across Europe. Their solution enables consumers to pay for online services by just pressing a button once.

Our work comprised advising Ekspress Grupp during the entire transaction.
