COBALT advised Ekspress Group in the Estonian Competition Authority proceedings

COBALT advised Ekspress Group in Estonian Competition Authority proceedings. Ekspress Group with its 30-year history is the leading media group in the Baltic states.

The Competition Authority initiated supervision proceedings against Ekspress Group to verify whether the allegations of Piletilevi AS regarding the prohibited agreement and the abuse of dominant position are correct. The Competition Authority did not find any violations and the proceedings were promptly terminated.
