COBALT Advised Credit Suisse Securities on 4Finance High Yield Bond Offering

COBALT in cooperation with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer advised Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited on international offering of USD 200 million high yield bonds by 4Finance Group. The bonds were offered to investors in the United States and are admitted to Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and traded on its Global Exchange Market.

4Finance Group is one of the largest online unsecured consumer loan providers in Europe with its head office in Latvia and having its operations in 12 other jurisdictions in Central and Eastern Europe and Scandinavia.

The proceeds of the offering were used to repay a prior issue of bonds by AS 4Finance listed on Irish Stock Exchange.
