COBALT advised children’s furniture manufacturer AS Flexa Eesti in a complex real estate sales transaction

COBALT advised children’s furniture manufacturer AS Flexa Eesti upon the sale of real estate to AS Viru-Nigula Saeveski. COBALT represented the client in all phases of the transaction from negotiations to drafting the contract. This was a large and complex transaction, which included issues concerning power supply and the use of various buildings and utility networks.

AS Flexa Eesti is a children’s furniture manufacturer that employs approximately 250 people. AS Flexa Eesti operates the Viru-Nigula and Kadrina factories in Estonia.
