COBALT advised Change Ventures on investment in startup Werk

COBALT advised venture capital fund Change Ventures on investment in Estonian construction industry startup Werk. The $ 1.3 million pre-seed round was led by Change Ventures.

Change Ventures is one of the largest venture capital funds in the Baltics that specialises in early-stage investments.
Founded in 2020, Werk is the first hiring and relocation platform for skilled migrant construction workers and aims to ease the difficulties of the construction industry.

Our work comprised advising the client during the whole transaction. The COBALT project team was led by Specialist Counsel Greete-Kristiine Kuru and included Associate Johanna Lumiste, and Partner Kristel Raidla-Talur.
