COBALT advised Change Ventures on investment in start-up Modash

COBALT advised venture capital fund Change Ventures on investment in influencer marketing software start-up Modash. The $ 2 million pre-seed round was led by Change Ventures.

Change Ventures is one of the largest venture capital funds in the Baltics that specialises in early-stage investments. Modash is an Estonia-headquartered influencer marketing software start-up, which helps marketers to find social media influencers for their marketing campaigns.

Our work comprised advising the client during the whole transaction. The COBALT project team was led by Specialist Counsel Greete-Kristiine Kuru and Associate Johanna Lumiste.
